What we collect

  • Your name, email, and phone number when you start checkout
  • Your order details. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach us.
  • Your course progress (which conversations you've completed)
  • Anything you send us: emails, worksheet photos, testimonials
  • Basic site data like pages viewed and video plays, through cookies and similar tools

How we use it

  • To give you access to the course and send your login
  • To send emails and texts about your order, new conversation unlocks, and support
  • To follow up if you started checkout but didn't finish
  • To improve the course and our pages

Text messages

There are two ways you might get texts from us. If you give us your phone number at checkout, we'll text you about your order and course access. If you fill out the form on our contact page, we will only text you if you check one of the optional consent boxes: the non-marketing box covers replies to your questions and course access, and the separate marketing box covers course updates, new resource releases, and occasional offers. Texting consent is never a condition of purchase.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or texting consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone else.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Our site uses secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS), payments are processed by Stripe so we never see or store your full card number, and access to your information is limited to us and the services listed below. No method is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe and will let you know if a breach ever affects you.

Who helps us run things

We use a few trusted services that handle your data only to provide their service to us: GoHighLevel (site, course, email and texts), Stripe (payments), and Vidalytics (video). We never sell your personal information.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom
  • Email [email protected] to see, correct, or delete your information
  • We keep your information as long as you have course access, or until you ask us to delete it

Age

The course is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
